Virtual Clock Scheduling Algorithm for Video Streaming

Abstract :-
Algorithms used for scheduling play a major role in providing quality of service in video streaming. This paper describes a simulation environment that has been designed combining network simulator ns2 with video codec to predict the quality of service. Virtual clock scheduling algorithm has been applied to evaluate the performance metrics and compared with the weighted round robin (WRR) and Deficit round robin (DRR) scheduling policies. Analysis of Microarray Image Spots Intensity

Abstract :-
Microarray technology gives rise to a challenge to interpret the meaning of the immense amount of biological information formatted in numerical matrices from the expression levels of thousands of genes, possibly all genes in an organism. To meet this challenge various methods have been developed using both traditional and innovative techniques to extract, analyze and visualize gene expression data generated from DNA Chip. The large amount of information provided by microarray images requires automatic techniques to develop accurate and efficient processing. Intelligent Transport System

Intelligent transport system (ITS) is comprised of a number of technologies, including information processing, analysing, communications, control, electronics. Joining these technologies to our transportation system will save lives, save time, and save money. Transportation is a driving force behind development and the well being of all people around the world. Modern life demands growing mobility, frequently it is secured through ever-increasing use of private cars. The resulting burdens on the transport infrastructure, that is already heavily stretched, are multiplying. Despite major expenditures on new road infrastructures, traffic congestion continues to rise. Continue reading Intelligent Transport System

Advanced Hospital Management System

This project Advanced Hospital Management System includes registration of patients, storing their details into the system and also computerized billing in the pharmacy, and labs. Our software has the facility to give a unique id for every patient and stores the details of every patient and the staff automatically. It includes a search facility to know the current status of each room. User can search availability of a doctor and the details of a patient using the id. This is a good project for final year Computer science and IT students. Continue reading Advanced Hospital Management System

Gate Array Design of a Scalable Parallel-Accessible Memory Subsystem

Abstract :- This is Electronics project report on “Field-Programmable Gate Array Design of a Scalable Parallel-Accessible Memory Subsystem for Image Feature Extraction”. The purpose of this project is the creation of an advanced and efficient memory subsystem architecture that will improve the Haar processing frame rate without compromising the use of Field-Programmable Gate Array resources. Only a few hardware implementations and embedded system implementations have been published. Continue reading Gate Array Design of a Scalable Parallel-Accessible Memory Subsystem

Behavioral Reflexion Models for Software Architecture

Abstract :-
In our approach, the system engineer is supported in producing architecture documentation that reflects the intended architecture. Furthermore, discrepancies between the implementation and documentation are identified. These discrepancies are then illustrated graphically in a reflexion model, which guides debugging activities. In this research, we are concerned with architecture representations of system behaviors and focus in particular on distributed systems.
